- Hilton Garden Inn: Located within the UW Plaza and walking distance to the festival.
- Holiday Inn: Located next door to the festival.
- Quality Inn and Suites: Located 0.5 miles from the festival.

For filmmakers arriving on Thursday or early Friday morning we offer a free tour of the area featuring locations that may be ideal for your next film project, including a complimentary lunch. The tour departs from Hilton Garden Inn at 9:30 AM and can pick up from other locations as needed. Please let us know if you plan to join the tour and where you will be staying, so we can arrange appropriate transportation.
Friday evening we will hold a mixer/meet and greet at the bar of the Hilton Garden Inn. This is a wonderful opportunity to network with other filmmakers and preview the festival program as well as check in and get your badges for the festival so you can skip the line at the door.
The movie theater is located in the UW Plaza, which features several dining options, including:
